Administration of Clonazepam (Klonopin, Rivotril) overdose features checking of respiration, pulse and hypertension, typical supportive steps and immediate gastric lavage. Intravenous fluids needs to be administered and an ample airway managed. Hypotension may be combated by using levarterenol or metaraminol. Dialysis is of no recognised benefit. F
